With over ten years of competitive running experience and just as many years spent playing basketball recreationally, Justin has a passion for working with individuals of all athletic backgrounds and ability levels. 

Upon graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science, Justin stayed on with UNCP cross country and track as an assistant coach, while also pursuing and earning his Master’s degree in sports administration in 2011.

He currently personal trains and teaches group classes at Prescriptive Fitness of Harris YMCA and Orangetheory Fitness, serves as an assistant coach with Queens University cross country and track, and recently started a local “Hill Haters Running Club”, coordinating weekly group runs/training programs for beginners working on their first 5k, on up to those training for the 10k and half marathon distances.
